Terms of Service – BizWin Digital

BizWin Digital is a sub-brand of the global BizWin operation, providing access to downloadable digital products for business development, marketing, and productivity. All content is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees of specific results.

4.1 Content Responsibility and Licensing Notice

You may submit content such as reviews, feedback, or comments. By submitting content, you:

  • Confirm that you have the right to share the content

  • Grant BizWin Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and share that content

  • Take full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and consequences of your content

Important Licensing Note:
Digital products sold on BizWin Digital are provided under a special license granted exclusively to BizWin Digital. Customers purchasing these products are not permitted to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer these products or any portion of the product library to others. The resale rights are exclusively held by BizWin Digital and cannot be sublicensed or assigned. Replicating, uploading, or redistributing the full library or a significant portion thereof is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post or submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or abusive

  • Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination

  • Infringes on any third-party intellectual property

  • Is misleading, deceptive, or constitutes spam

  • Violates any applicable law in New Zealand or elsewhere

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content, including logos, designs, product descriptions, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of BizWin Digital or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission, except as permitted under your product license for personal or business use.
